You can choose to use the vision benefits, which are automatically included in your medical plan (Kaiser HMO or HMSA PPO) at no additional cost to you.

Note: The HMSA Children's Plan covers emergency care outside of Hawaii, but doesn't cover other services outside of Hawaii, including urgent and routine care. If you experience a medical emergency while traveling outside Hawaii, go to the nearest emergency facility.
