Can you use HMSA outside of Hawaii?

Note: The HMSA Children's Plan covers emergency care outside of Hawaii, but doesn't cover other services outside of Hawaii, including urgent and routine care. If you experience a medical emergency while traveling outside Hawaii, go to the nearest emergency facility.

How do I know my HMSA plan?

You can find out what plan you have simply by looking at your HMSA membership card. Consult your Guide to Benefits to find out what your plan covers.

How do I file a claim with HMSA?

You can print the Prescription Reimbursement Claim Form from My Account on hmsa.com. You can also request copies by mail or in person. Use the Prescription Reimbursement Claim Form to request reimbursement for prescription drugs. Your dental claims information is accessible online through My Account on hmsa.com.
