If you wish to check the status of an existing yellow card holder, yellow card exemption holder or a Queensland disability clearance holder, please contact the Worker Screening Unit via email at workerscreening@communities.qld.gov.au or by phoning 1800 183 690.

How much does it cost to get a yellow card?

Paid employees and business operators will need to pay a reduced fee of $10. Volunteer and exemption applications will continue to be free. If you do not apply using these specific forms, the usual blue card fee of $93.95 will apply.
