Dear Sir/Madam,I am unable to do ANYTHING on this portal other than:1. See my Inbox (which does NOT even show the supposed notes from my appt yesterday. I was sent an email with a link which lead me to \"403 forbidden\",2. Send a message (will ONLY allow me to send a message to the Billing Department. Yesterday, when I described my portal problem to Dr. Nicolette, she asked me to test this today, AFTER our appt yesterday. 3. Being able to log in ONLY after 3-4 tries.NOTE: I was with this same (Aethena) system previously with Carondelet & used it fine for years. Now with Village Medical nothing but problems so far.Please help me sort this out,Lisa520.990.8464
