How do I cancel my membership? Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-242-2060, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. ET. Your membership will be cancelled immediately. You'll continue to have unlimited access to all participating locations in the Fitness Your Way network until the next billing cycle.

  2. You can view the dates, times, and prices listed below each of the services available.
  3. After clicking on a specific time, a “Book Class” window will appear for customers to book and pay.

Fitness Your Way is available to Blue Shield of California members through Tivity HealthTM. It's a flexible, affordable, and accessible way to adopt a healthy lifestyle and remain committed to it. You and your dependents who are age 18 and older are eligible.

Monthly fee includes basic membership only. Access to additional services such as personal training, spa services, classes, or access to a pool or whirlpool vary by facility. To verify access to additional services, contact Tivity Health at 888-242-2060 (Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST) or the gym directly.
