I am writing to you regarding our season gold mvp pass I purchased for my family when the were running the special . I purchased for me Nancy bzibziak, Don bzibziakDanielle Gechell , Jeremiah , Jaxon , Owen , Olivia Gechell Brian Bzibziak, Jackie,, Chloe, Bella bzibziakJason bzibziak , Christine Padilla Lisa STRASSBURG, Tyler and Mara STRASSBURG Mi bought all of the above passesAlso my son Don bzibziak Sue, Brooke, Tessa Zoe and Brady bzibziak they purchased on their owns I have emailed guest relations already a week and a half ago gave my phone number 716-961-8948 they said they received it but no one responded yet. I asked 4 /5 times to add my parking pass to all the above names so we can visit parks and no one responded. My son went to Canada and they charged him 45.00$ because his pass wouldn’t work for parking . I told them we wanted to go to Canada this weekend to please add parking and still didn’t . I am very aggervated over this I have it in my photo shop about the 41 parks and parking but it won’t let me attach it. Please respond to me asap or call me at (716) 961-8948 .
