How do I log into Sentral as a student?

To enter the Access Keys into the Portal, navigate to 'My Access' (1), click on 'Add New Access Key' (2) and then enter the Access Key per child (3). Please remember the Access Keys are found in the aforementioned Set Up Letter and that they are case-sensitive. Access Keys can be student-based or family-based.

I have a Parent Portal account, but I haven't used the Sentral app before.
  1. Download the app. ...
  2. Search for your school within the search box.
  3. Tap Next.
  4. Enter your Parent Portal username and password.
  5. Tap Log In.
  6. View the QuickStart Guide.
  7. You're now ready to start using the app.

Why isn't my Sentral working?

Delete the app from your phone. Visit the App Store for your device, and reinstall the app. Log in to the app. If the app does not work on your device after this process, then contact your school's Sentral Parent Portal administrator to report the problem.

How do I change my Sentral password?

Click on the Sentral Parent Portal link on the 'Technology Access' page. Enter the email address you provided the school as your username. If you don't already have a password, click forgot password. You will be sent an email to reset or create your new Sentral Parent Portal password.
