How do I update my SeaWorld account?

Use these steps to easily update your account information:

Does SeaWorld do bring a friend for free?

Friend for FREE Ticket(s)
Silver Pass Members get ONE (1) free ticket. Gold and Platinum Pass Members get TWO (2) free tickets. Pass Members must accompany Friend for Free ticket holders during their visit to the park. Friend for Free Tickets can only be redeemed in the Pass Member Portal, located here.

How do I cancel my SeaWorld season pass?

Next, while logged in, visit https://seaworld.com/end-ezpay/ to request your cancellation. An email will be sent to you after filling out the request, for confirmation of your cancellation and effective dates. Please note that there are no partial refunds when cancelling a pass if not converting into a new one.

Can SeaWorld pass holders bring a friend?

Bronze and Silver Pass Members can bring a friend for only $9.99 + tax, while Gold and Florida Platinum Pass Members receive an extra guest ticket for FREE to use in January 2022.

Can you cancel SeaWorld tickets?

You can cancel without any fees at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. There will be a non-refundable charge for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation. You will receive no refund if a cancellation is made the day of or after your arrival date. Unused portions of packages will not be refunded.

How do I check if my SeaWorld pass is active?

If so, please log in to the account used to manage those EZpay Passes and update the credit card to the current one on file with your main account. On the Account tab, you will see all Passes currently associated with your profile.

While killer whale attacks on humans in the wild are rare, and no fatal attacks have been recorded, as of 2019 four humans have died due to interactions with captive killer whales. Tilikum was involved in three of those deaths.
