How do I check the balance on my myki card?

Simply allow 24 hours for travel and transactions to appear. You can also request up to two years of travel and transaction history by calling 1800 800 007. You can also see your myki Money balance, myki Pass expiry and last 10 transactions on a myki machine, Quick Top Up or myki Check myki equipment.

How do I check if my myki has expired?

You can find out when your card expires by checking it on a Myki Card Vending Machine or blue Myki Check machine. These are situated at railway stations, some tram platform stops, and some major bus interchanges. You can also find out a card's expiry date by ringing 1800 800 007 and quoting the card number.

How do I get my Money off my expired myki?

If your myki has expired but you still have a positive balance on it, you can apply for a refund by calling 1800 800 007. You can't use the online form to apply for this kind of refund.

Can you transfer myki Money from one card to another?

No. Mobile myki is different to an existing myki card. You'll need to buy and top up a new Mobile myki. To transfer any funds from your existing myki to Mobile myki you'll need to deactivate the existing card.
