Hello, I am unable to log onto my canvas account. I have had the account since 2016 and have the app on my phone. I can access my canvas account on my mobile phone as I have never logged out since 2016. However, when I try to log onto anything other than my phone, it\'s saying that the account does not exist. It\'s saying account 799706 doesn\'t exist but I have no idea where those numbers came from and I am unable to change anything. The account is functional because I can see all updates and can participate on the phone. However, this is not ideal as it would be better to have access on a computer/laptop so I can submit assignments, attend ms teams meeting and read the learning content. If I can physically bring my laptop on the campus, would you be able to look at this issue for me please?
