How do I log into MobileIron?

Your first step to register your Android device in MobileIron is to obtain a PIN from the user portal. 1. From a desktop computer, access the portal at https://mdmcore.iot.in.gov/mifs/user and sign in with your State email address and password. You may also access this portal using the mobile browser on your device.

What is MobileIron used for?

MobileIron is software used by Partners HealthCare to manage and secure mobile devices.

Can MobileIron spy on me?

The MobileIron Administrator can view non-personal device information (e.g. carrier and country, IMEI, MAC Address, etc.), and phone number (if applicable). The MobileIron Administrator cannot view photos, videos, phone activity (e.g. numbers called, duration, etc.), or web browsing activity on your device.

How do I activate MobileIron?

Open the Google Play Store and enter “MobileIron” in the search bar. Select the “Mobile@Work” icon (red briefcase), then Install when prompted. *If app was previously installed, choose Enable instead of Install. When the app completes installation (or has been enabled), select Open to launch the app.
