Robert Timberlake

I have been using the elink jeppesen portal with a stored password for 2.5 years. I recently tried to log in and the portal would not recognize my password. I tried to click on the forgot password link and when prompted to enter my username, I can only put in partially the name. My user name is robert.timberlake.usa and the window prompt only allows me to put in robert.timberlake.us Do so results in the database returning an error stating robert.timberlake.us can not be found. My email address is robert.a.timberlake.ctr@army.mil Please send a password reset link to that email so that I can change my password and use the site again. I use elink for work as a TERPS specialist and without access to elink I am dead in the water and unable to do my job. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.
