How do I activate my USI number?

Activate your USI account

click on the link or go to the Student Login.
accept the terms and conditions and select 'activate your account here'
login using your USI or the email address used when creating your USI.
set your password and check questions.

How do I access my USI information?

If you are unable to find your USI, call the USI team for assistance on 1300 857 536 between 8:30am and 6:30pm (AEST daylight davings), Monday to Friday (excluding national and South Australian public holidays).

Who can access my USI?

Providers need your permission to search for your USI, unless you have already given them permission to view your USI account. You will receive an email or SMS stating, your USI was confirmed when a provider searches for your USI.

What happens if I forget my USI?

You may need to contact your student to confirm the details used to create their USI. If they have a USI, but have forgotten it, you can direct them to the 'Find your USI' link on the USI website to retrieve their USI details.
