Had no problem with access to Patient Portal in the past.Yesterday, I tried to access and never received the necessary code on my cell phone to proceed to portal.Called Hbg Gastro. today and was told a reset would enable me to access.Tried again with same results. I was given a paper with login URL so that I could sign up for the portal and access my Harrisburg GI test results, etc.The paper does not provide a code and the website for the portal does not provide a way for me to create an account.How do I resolve this and get a login so that I can access my info and contact the doctor if I need to?
