We would like to file Urgent report regarding ongoing dangerous acting of one of the tenants at 65 high Park Avenue Apt. 1707. It has been brought to the GWLRA management attention many times before about dangerous and destructive behavior of an individual occupying foresaid unit 1707 at 65 High Park. This person is dangerous and posing treats to all tenants and neighbor\'s not only on our floor. Today he got arrested for insulting and threatening a woman near High Park subway station. He had harassed my wife several times in and outside of the building by following her and making strange facial expressions followed by loud dirty words. Several days ago, he distributed an essay letter about his life containing his criminal history, and whole bunch of very nasty stories from his past as if we asked for this???.... We do not wish to be receiving any kind of letters as it is insulting, aggravating and very distressing.We can no longer enjoy a peaceful living at this place run by GWLRA and nothing is done about helping with our pleads to help.We are getting terrorized in a place we call it home and it\'s about time GWLRA starts acting accordingly before something terrible happens for which you will be liable.
