How do I activate Gigaclear?

Go to Gigaclear.com. You will be taken to the 'Gigaclear Activation Portal' Enter your Customer Number - This is the number beginning with 'C' which you received with your activation kit. You can also find your Customer Number on either your order confirmation or your activation email.

How long does Gigaclear take to activate?

It will usually take between six and nine months to roll out a typical ultrafast full fibre broadband network installation to a rural community of 200 to 400 properties.

Can I use different router with Gigaclear?

We are unable to swap the modem or Genexis router out directly because of its optic-decoding function. The Lynksys Velop unit you will recieve as part of your installation can be changed for a 3rd party router of your choice, however we are unable to assist with the set up of this.

@MhairiD Sky Q tv boxes will work with most any isp including Gigaclear. You will pay two bills, one for the TV package to Sky and one for the internet connection as you normally cannot buy them in one package.
