My name is Jillian Matthews I currently am a guest at your Austin, Townlake location in downtown Austin, TX in room 336. Now it could be it\'s a glitch because because my reservation was made by someone other than myself, a staff representative of my apartment building made it on behalf of foundation communities due to being displaced from a fire in my building until repairs are completed and my apartment is safe for habitation again. However my name is listed as the primary guest on the reservation. When I go to the portal at wifi.esa.com and put in Austin Townlake location, my last name Matthews, and room 336 it will not let me log into the portal it keeps saying my last name and room number need to entered in red. Due to this I have had numerous missed and dropped work calls and meetings via zoom because it will let me on and kick me off two seconds later. I am unable to complete my work and am a software developer due to limited to no access to wifi I have been here since the 06/05/2026 stay was extended to the 22nd and it\'s likely to be extended again until my apartment is ready. I need to be able to work between then and now it is vital to my livelihood.
