HiI\'ve just received an email from you regarding registering with Energex. I\'ve been registered with energex for years. The email asked me to log onto the Energex portal and change my password? I\'ve never logged in the the portal before, and would have no idea where to find it even. I\'ve recently had a solar battery installed, is it something to do with that ?. My husband always took care of this type of thing, he\'s dead now, and I haven\'t got a clue how to do this kind of thing? and there\'s absolutely nobody to help me.Can you please advise me?Thank you Cheryl.
