How do you service an Eberspacher heater?

Eberspacher recommended service schedule
Clean fuel screen in glow plug port with a soft brass brush. (Note position of screen proir to removal). Check for blocked or damaged ducting and rectify or replace as required. Inspect intake and outlet grilles for blockages; also inspect intake fan blades for any restriction.

To clear fault codes:
  1. While in diagnostic mode push and hold both arrow buttons until “EE” is displayed on the screen.
  2. To exit diagnostic mode hit the ON / OFF button.
  3. To shut the unit down hit the ON / OFF button again.

With the heater switched on, press and hold key until the display shows 'dA'. The blue LED will briefly illuminate. Release the key. After a short time the LED flickers momentarily during diagnostic data transfer then goes off.
