Why is my Csuf portal disabled?

Nine months after you last attended or applied to CSUF, your CSUF Portal and Email account will be disabled. You are considered as a former student if one or more of the following apply: Applied to CSUF and never attended. Started a degree program, but did not graduate.

New Portal Instructions
  1. Login to your Portal.
  2. In the upper right corner click Account Settings.
  3. Click on Portal Password.
  4. Type in your current, new and confirm new passwords.
  5. Click on Change Password.

Your Office 365 Education account will expire nine months after you graduate and from the date you last attended classes.

No, you cannot change your preferred email (username@csu.fullerton.edu) to a personal email account. Your student email is the only email that will be used for all campus communication as per the campus' security policy and to prevent spam and phishing scandals.
