Sign into Dynamics 365 Marketing as a user with admin privileges. · Go to Settings > Advanced settings > Other settings > Application management.
Many people open the login page using invalid links or fake websites. To resolve the sign in issue, you must open the official page of Crm Admin Portal using the official link.
