Why can't I log into eLearn?

If you are unable to login to eLearn, try logging in to OASIS. If you are unable to login to both eLearn and OASIS, your account may be locked or your password may have expired. ... You could also login to Live@SMU to change your password.

What is CIT username?

Your Username will be your CIT number (e.g. CIT123456). When you enrol at CIT you will be sent an email to activate your Microsoft 365 account and set your password.

How do I know my CIT number?

It will appear on your class schedule, invoices, academic transcript and CITCard. If you contact CIT and seek information about your personal/academic records you will be asked to provide this number. You will also need it to log into eLearn, CIT Self Service.

How do I log into my CIT email?

Current Students: Log in with your student ID (e.g. R00123456) and your CIT computer password.

In the Student ID field, enter your student ID number (if you are unsure of your student number, you will find it under the picture on your student card).
In the Password field, enter your PIN/password.
Click Sign In.
