Many people open the login page using invalid links or fake websites. To resolve the sign in issue, you must open the official page of Carespace Portal using the official link.
Once the official login page is opened, find the email address and password that you chose when you signed up at Carespace Portal or that was issued to you by the concerned organization's authorized person. And you shall use only those credentials to sign in to the portal.
If you have entered valid credentials, you must see a success message that shall look like "Welcome (Your name here)", "Logged In Successfully", "Signed In" or it shall serve you a dashboard that is personalized for your account or display the primary data you work on.

I was a patient at Desert Hematology Oncology A Division of American Oncology Partners, P.A. Dr. David Kahn located in Surprise, AZ. I have selected a new doctor at the Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers, Dr. Tejinder P. Kaur, MD. I set up the PATIENT PORTAL at the Desert Hematology Oncology location and now need my portal to reflect my new doctor at the Ironwood Cancer & Research Center.I was instructed to contact Carespace Portal to make the move from one Doctor Group to Another. I do not have additional e mail locations, only at rrs526@aol.com. I spoken with both doctor\'s groups and they do not know how to move my portal information to reflect the Ironwood Cancer location. I need assistance from Carespace Portal to assist with this issue.
