I was a patient at Desert Hematology Oncology A Division of American Oncology Partners, P.A. Dr. David Kahn located in Surprise, AZ. I have selected a new doctor at the Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers, Dr. Tejinder P. Kaur, MD. I set up the PATIENT PORTAL at the Desert Hematology Oncology location and now need my portal to reflect my new doctor at the Ironwood Cancer & Research Center.I was instructed to contact Carespace Portal to make the move from one Doctor Group to Another. I do not have additional e mail locations, only at email@example.com. I spoken with both doctor\'s groups and they do not know how to move my portal information to reflect the Ironwood Cancer location. I need assistance from Carespace Portal to assist with this issue.
