You can check the progress of your Blue Badge application by logging into our Blue Badge Customer Portal. You'll need your application reference number to hand, which can be found on the confirmation email you received when you submitted your application.

How long will my Blue Badge take to arrive?

Blue badge applications can take up to 10 weeks to process. Applicants who are automatically eligible may receive a response much quicker.

Can I upload a photo for Blue Badge?

Individual applicants must send one recent photograph which you should sign on the back. It should be a colour passport-type photograph (head and shoulders) or any suitable photograph cut down to 45mm in height and 35mm in width. Your photograph will not be on display when the badge is used in the vehicle.
