LOCKLY Access Portal allows you to view and control where, when, and by whom your LOCKLY smart locks are being used from anywhere in the world.

Can I unlock Lockly remotely?

Currently, you will not be able to unlock the lock remotely as Lockly is not connected to the internet directly. You may however, issue eKeys for guests at the property to unlock the door.

How do I add a trusted user to Lockly?

To create a Trusted User Access Code:
  1. Open your Lockly™ app and select your lock.
  2. Go to Access Management.
  3. Select Add a New User.
  4. Choose Trusted User.
  5. Enter the name of your Trusted User and choose an Access Code between 6 to 8 digits long and select Confirm.
