Is Afspa part of Aetna?

AFSPA is the self-funded carrier of FSBP and also performs the customer service function for the Plan. Claims and clinical functions of FSBP are administered by Aetna. Prescription coverage for the Plan is administered by our Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Express Scripts.
